This work takes Ashlee’s focus way from tableware and deeper into her exploration of foraged organic materials. Working on a flat disc form has allowed her to explore texture and material without the constraints of function. Layers of oxides and texture reveal a story of country travelled and observed.

Best hung on the wall using a screw or nail rather than a picture hook.
Currently hung on the walls of Prospect’s iconic Muratti Cakes and Gateaux. You can view the works in person during their opening hours.
